Hi,
My name is David Sugden and I’ve chosen to write this ‘Saturday Walks’ blog about a variety of non-work things (not that I ‘work’ much these days). I live in Slaithwaite, West Yorkshire.
I often use this blog to rant about things that irritate me, about observations of daily life and quite often about food. It started as a log of walks I was taking on Saturday mornings with my friend John Rousell, but – well, the best laid plans etc?
My main work blog was at: http://eduvel.wordpress.com and contained my thoughts and reflections about the use of technology in education (and sometimes food!). However, I am now semi-retired and no longer post there. See links alongside to other blogs that I write.
I have added walks around the hills of Fuengirola to THIS blog too – see the Pages for more.
Please comment, and tell me what you think.
Your pompous comments on fish knives. I have just been to a “modern” restaurant ordered a whole fish on the bone and they only had “modern” knives. The lack of a fish or filleting knife ruined the experience.
Excellent comment well thought out. Thank you.
Just to let you know that Club Dos Renos was very short lived and it is unlikely that there will ever be a restaurant at Alessandra again. Just done route 3 [again!] still an excellent walk.
